The BBQ2U Author's Corner

Many people realize that during COVID, Gary Parker found a creative way to use his restaurant lobby. With small businesses struggling, he wanted to help. Among the many sellers of wares was a group of local authors who needed a place to sell their books. With some assistance, Gary was able to create an Author's Corner in his store, which still stands today. This unique feature allows the community to support local talent—a truly "smokin'" match that benefits both BBQ2U and the authors.
